Low Country Office
in Charleston, SC
The Low Country office is located in the West Ashley area of Charleston, on Sam Rittenberg Blvd, Highway 7. It is approximately two miles south of I-26, at the intersection of Sam Rittenberg and Ashley Hall Road.

Driving instructions are provided coming (1) From the west (Columbia); (2) from the north (Mt. Pleasant and Georgetown); and (3) from the south (Beaufort).
(1) From the west (Columbia)
Use I-26 eastbound toward Charleston. Exit at 216A "Cosgrove Avenue" This is a right hand ramp and immediately puts you on the "North Bridge" which crosses the Ashley River. At the end of the bridge, Cosgrove Avenue changes names to Sam Rittenberg Blvd., Highway 7. The office is 1.7 miles ahead. Continue driving on Sam Rittenberg Blvd. About one half mile after the bridge, you will come to Orange Grove Road. Continue through the light, staying on Sam Rittenberg. NOTE: Just after Orange Grove Road, GET IN THE RIGHT HAND OR CENTER LANES. of Sam Rittenberg Blvd. (The left lane splits off to Highway 171). Go two more stop lights to Ashley Hall Road. (Triangle Rental Car is on the left side of the intersection.) Turn LEFT from Sam Rittenberg Blvd. onto Ashley Hall Road. IMMEDIATELY behind the Triangle Rental Car, turn LEFT again into our parking lot. Our office is located in a one-story tan brick building. Nelda’s Barber Shop is located in the other half of the building.
(2) From the north (Georgetown, Mt. Pleasant)
Proceed south on Highway 17 toward Charleston. Cross the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge over the Cooper River and exit onto I-26 West (towards Columbia). Proceed approximately 5 miles to Cosgrove Avenue, Exit 216 A, westbound to Savannah/Highway 7. (While still on 1-26, you cross over Cosgrove and then use right lane exit ramp from I-26 to curve back and onto Cosgrove). Once on Cosgrove you will immediately be crossing the Ashley River on North Bridge. At the end of the bridge, Cosgrove Avenue changes names to Sam Rittenberg Blvd./Highway 7. The office is 1.7 miles ahead. Continue driving on Sam Rittenberg Blvd. About one half mile after the bridge, you will come to Orange Grove Road. (3) From the south (Beaufort)
Proceed north toward Charleston on Highway 17 (Savannah Highway). At the intersection of Highway 17 with Sam Rittenberg Blvd. (Highway 7), turn left at light onto Sam Rittenberg. Follow Sam Rittenberg Blvd. past Citadel Mall (on left) and cross Highway 61 (Ashley River Rd). Continue to next stop light after Highway 61. This intersection and stop light is Ashley Hall Road. (Look for Hess Gas station on left, Rapid Repairs on right and Triangle Rental Car across the street on the right). Turn right onto Ashley Hall Road and go about 100 feet and then turn left into our parking lot (immediately behind Triangle Rental Car). Turn left again into our parking lot. You will be in front of our office. Our office is located in a one-story tan brick building. Nelda’s Barber Shop is located in the other half of the building.
